Movies

There are so many movies coming out/are out right now that I want to see.

The Curious Case of Benjamin Button

Adapted from the 1920s story by F. Scott Fitzgerald, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button is set in New Orleans from the end of World War I in 1918, into the 21st century. It follows the life of Benjamin (Brad Pitt), who is born with the appearance and physical limitations of a man in his eighties. Abandoned in a nursing home by his father, Benjamin begins aging backward. While in the home, he meets Daisy, a young aspiring ballerina. As the film progresses, the two fall in love, while struggling to deal with the issue of one growing younger while the other grows older

Not to mention that the dress Cate Blanchett wore to the premiere was amazing.

Milk

Milk is a 2008 American biographical film directed by Gus Van Sant. It is based on the life of the late American politician, Harvey Milk (Sean Penn), who was a gay activist and the first openly gay man to be elected to public office in California as a member of the San Francisco Board of Supervisors. Josh Brolin portrays Dan White, the former San Francisco supervisor who assassinated both San Francisco Mayor George Moscone (Victor Garber) and Milk on 27 November 1978.

Where the Wild Things Are

Where the Wild Things Are is a film adaptation of a Maurice Sendak picture book of the same name. The film will be directed by Spike Jonze and written by Dave Eggers.
The movie will combine live action, suitmation, animatronics and CGI. The film's release is currently scheduled for October 16, 2009.

Others include Valkyrie and The Watchmen but I don't feel like posting pictures anymore.
Yes please!
